The 2020 Government Peak Climb will be a VIRTUAL RACE
Practice good physical distancing while on the trail, and remember that there are people just hiking the trail, please be respectful of other users
THE VIRTUAL RACE WILL BE BETWEEN 6:00am MAY 25th, 2020 AND 10:00pm JUNE 10th.
RACERS
You will need to signup at www.webscorer.com/ and pay the entry fee in order to be counted in the results
You will need to use STRAVA to record your race and make it visible
You will need to take a "selfie" at the top
You will need to submit your time and "selfie" via this website between 6:00am May 25 and 10pm June 10, 2020
You may "compete" as many times as you want between May 25 and June 10, 2020
The start, and course (up to the 1881 picnic table) will be marked by May 24th and the Finish will be the building near the top of Government Peak
The course will be brushed (if needed) around June 1st (maybe earlier, maybe a day or 2 later, depending upon weather)
RESULTS WILL BE UPDATED ON THIS WEBSITE EVERY NIGHT. IF YOUR SUBMISSION IS AFTER 10PM, IT WILL BE POSTED THE FOLLOWING DAY.
THE TOP 3 MEN AND TOP 3 WOMEN'S SELFIE'S WILL BE POSTED AS A VIRTUAL LEADERBOARD
